We’ve been building the future since 1983.
From work on the original Macintosh to pioneering mobile art apps in the early days of the iPhone, to today, the principals at Art Authority have spent decades at the intersection of technology and culture. We had an art app available on the iPhone the first day possible, and our work with 1000Museums and institutions across the globe has helped preserve, share, and support the arts long before “digital museum” was a household phrase.
Alan Oppenheimer, president and co-founder of Art Authority is a pioneer at the crossroads of art and technology, with a legacy of innovation dating back to the original Macintosh. Alan has dedicated his career to making technology in general and art in particular accessible to all. Now, with the launch of the Art Authority Museum, he’s shaping the future of immersive art experiences for a global audience.
